At exactly this time one year ago my husband and I were on our way to close on our first home. It probably shouldn’t have taken me this long to sit down and write a review, but the last year has been very chaotic one. As anyone who has purchased a home knows, the experience is a stressful one and for a young couple with two young children and a limited budget it can also be a very intimidating process, that is why we feel so fortunate to have had Ben Mullikin taking care of us. While I’m sure other Realtors may be just as knowledgeable as Ben, I guarantee you that you will not find another that is as enthusiastic, compassionate, and invested in making sure you find the home that is right for your family. While we were very impressed throughout the buying process, we were most impressed with how much the entire Mullikin family continues to care about having a lasting relationship with their clients. About two months to the day after closing on our new home we had major electrical damage done after a severe storm took a tree down outside our home. We had never had to hire an electrician or file a claim with the insurance company so we called Ben for advice. Not only did he provide us with a recommendation for a great electrician, but he came out to see our family that night with a touching card from the Mullikin family. We have enjoyed the last year in our home and look forward to many more, but when it comes time for us to look again we know that will be calling Ben!
