Cynthia Wollersheim
Thank you for taking a moment to read my profile. Born in Milwaukee, lived in LA, Boulder, Colorado and finally started my own Art Gallery back in downtown Milwaukee a few years after graduating from college. Since my background was as an artist and corporate art dealer selling to hospitals, banks, casinos and brokering and appraising high end works of art; I decided to pursue a career in real estate after selling my gallery just after 2005. When I was leaving Boulder, I realized I enjoyed the process of buying and selling homes more than the job that was causing me to relocate. I also brokered my commercial buildings as well.
Being a realtor since 2008, I thoroughly know the metro Milwaukee and surrounding areas especially Wauwatosa. I personally work with all my buyers and sellers from start to finish. I am a hands-on realtor. I’ve purposely decided to eliminate buyer agents and listing coordinators to my business — I truly value the relationships established working with each client one-to-one.
I make use of the latest technology and social media avenues to keep clients informed on a daily basis of new properties on the market or all listing activities for sellers on their homes. You will always deal directly with me when it comes to your transaction. I feel fortunate in that I love what I do and I don’t consider this a ‘job’ but instead helping people find the right house to call home, or making the selling process as stress-free and easy as possible. I have proven experience having sold over 76 homes and over $49 million in closed real estate sales transactions.
I love spending time on water, I’m a voracious reader, skier, and very lucky to call many of my real estate clients friends while meeting and socializing with them long after they have closed on their real estate transaction. I live in Shorewood with my significant other, and have two step daughters.
I look forward to hearing from you, let’s meet over coffee. I will take great care of your referral.
